Fila is a world-renowned century old sportswear brand founded by the Fila brothers in Italy in 1911. It was acquired by Sport Brands International Ltd. (SBI) in 2003 and relocated to New York, USA. In 2007, Fila Korea Ltd., which coordinated Fila's Asia Pacific affairs, acquired Fila's global business in footwear and clothing from SBI. Under the leadership of Chairman and CEO Yoon Yun soo, Fila currently has offices in 11 countries worldwide, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
